LDD x RMP are back at it again!

After the success of our last collaboration, Rachel Mammone and I have joined forces once more to create another inky / bracelet crossover. This time we’ve opted for a celestial theme. With the darker nights drawing in we’re going to be seeing a lot more of the night sky so we wanted to celebrate the beauty of it in this collection.

For my inky earrings, this time I drew inspiration from Rachel’s galaxy paintings. I’ve always been a big fan of these pieces and have a fair few around my home. I used a swirly mixture of blues, pinks and purples to create the base and then accented this with a healthy splash of shimmering gold. This time I focused on cutting celestial shapes, so lots of moons and stars feature here. Again, I’ve topped each piece with resin to protect the inks and allow that shimmer to shine through and I’ve used a range of charms to complete the look.

Rachel has created 3 types of bracelets using 2 different types of Empire Jasper beads to compliment my earring collection. Empire Jasper is all about encouraging being balanced and grounded as well as helping to nurture, protect, heal and help develop self-awareness. These particular Empire Jasper beads are a beautiful purple mix with a painterly touch, and combined with gold and silver coloured star beads to bring the celestial collection together.

All the products in the collection are limited edition and only available in small numbers, though you will be able to purchase both earrings and bracelets from both the Lemon Drops and Rachel’s websites.

The Celestial collection will be launching on Friday 12th of November at 8pm.

The first five customers to purchase both a bracelet and pair of earring together on launch night will receive a little something extra in their order to say thank you for supporting our small businesses.

We hope you love this collection as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it and can’t wait to share it with you.
